What this tutorial will show you
When you get a TFC model from HLMV or Milkshape, the deafult colors are red or orange (depending on if its new or old).
This tutorial will show you how to make the model another color - in this case, blue.
Changing the color to blue
Lets start with the original image. Here you will see a spy that has red and orange team coloring.

First, create a new layer over the spy layer. Change its layer blend mode to hue. This makes it easier for coloring since hue will not color over black, white and grays.
Create a marquee around the spy layer by pressing CTRL and clicking on the layer.
Select a blue shade for your coloring. Back in the new layer, with the brush tool, carefully color over the red and orange spots on the spy. Be sure your brush opacity is set to 100% and the brush you select fits the areas you want to color.
Your layer properties should look something like this: (shown with named layers)

Merge the new layer with the spy layer, and your spy is now blue team colored. Wasn't that easy?
